Tax benefit
The trust is registered under section 12A and section 80G(5) of the Income Tax Act. Every donation gets a receipt with the trust’s PAN (AAETT1838M) and 80G details, which you can use to claim the deduction where your tax regime allows it.
What your donation pays for
Books, pens and exercise books for the weekly classes. Doctors’ visits, test kits and medicines for the health camps. Court fees and paperwork for legal aid cases. Blankets, rations, water and sanitary kits after a disaster.
If you want your gift to go to one of these in particular, say so when you message us and we will keep it to that.
Receipts
After you pay, send a WhatsApp message to +91 84440 87794 or an email to donate@leenspirefoundation.org with your name, amount and the transaction reference. We will send a receipt from the trust.
Companies and larger donors: see Project Uttaran, or contact us for the trust deed, 12A, 80G and CSR-1 certificates and audited accounts before you give.
Sent by mistake?
If you paid the wrong amount or paid twice, tell us within 7 days with the transaction reference and we will send it back to the same account, usually within 7 working days. Donations are otherwise not refundable, because they are spent on the work.
