Who is responsible
The Leenspire Foundation, a registered charitable trust at 5/103 Jadavgarh, Haltu Bazar, Kolkata 700078, decides how your details are used. Questions, corrections and deletion requests go to info@leenspirefoundation.org or WhatsApp +91 84440 87794.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, phone and/or email, and your message.
- Volunteer form: your name, phone, email if you give it, where you are based, how you would like to help, and anything else you write.
- Emails and WhatsApp messages you send us, with whatever they contain.
- Donations: UPI and bank transfers go straight from your bank to the trust’s account. This website never sees your card, UPI PIN or bank login. We see what your bank shows us: your name, the amount and the reference. If you write to us for a receipt, we keep the details you send.
We don’t ask for anything we don’t need, and we don’t want ID documents through this website.
What we use it for
Only to reply to you, arrange volunteering, send receipts, and keep the trust’s accounts as the law requires. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
Who else handles it
- Pixelvile Studio LLP (Kolkata) runs this website and the trust’s online dashboard, where form messages and emails arrive. Pixelvile handles them only on the trust’s behalf.
- Cloudflare hosts the website and receives our email. Its servers may be outside India.
- Meta (WhatsApp) carries WhatsApp messages, including the alert the trust gets when a form is sent.
- Google (Gmail) holds a copy of emails sent to the trust.
- Zoho (ZeptoMail) delivers emails the trust sends from the dashboard.

How long we keep it
Messages and volunteer details: up to two years after we last hear from you, or sooner if you ask. Donation records: as long as tax and trust law requires.
Your rights
